Victoria Lee is the Managing Director of the Public Safety Network. Her nearly 30 year career in public safety includes serving as a volunteer firefighter and working with the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) and the First Responder Network Authority.

Victoria’s work with the IAFC included a portfolio of programs which focused on collaborative work with other national fire and emergency service organizations, such as the International Association of Fire Fighters, the National Fire Protection Association and the Congressional Fire Services Institute. She led several projects that brought together representatives from these organizations and others to develop training programs, reports and assessments, and other resources for the fire and emergency services. While at the FirstNet Authority, she worked closely with the Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) and associations from all public safety disciplines. She focused on public safety consultation efforts across the U.S. and was a member of the team that developed the 56 individual state and territory network deployment plans.

With a strong commitment to public safety and focus on collaboration, her leadership and energy have resulted in several successful public safety agency and technology company partnerships.

Victoria received a B.A. from the College of William & Mary and a M.P.A. from George Mason University. She is based in Bend, Oregon, where she spends as much time as she can outdoors.

Drew Delaney

Drew Delaney is the Chief Operating Officer of Allerio, a smart connectivity solution for first responders and other public safety personnel which provides a reliable communications platform facilitating the exchange of critical information and data from the field. He also serves as the Director of Growth & Advisory Services for the Public Safety Network.

Drew has nearly 20 years of experience in wireless technology, public-private partnerships and public safety. His roles have spanned government affairs, business development, marketing, product development, and strategy with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and federal and state governments.

Prior to Allerio and the Public Safety Network, Drew worked for the First Responder Network Authority on Enterprise Strategy, Products & Solutions, Contract Evaluation, and Government Affairs. He led the organization’s efforts to incorporate public safety user feedback into the development of specialty devices and IoT solutions for the FirstNet network, and helped develop the strategic direction for network reinvestment, public safety market engagement, and industry partnership development.

Drew’s experience in wireless technology and public safety began in 2005 at Lucent Technologies (now Nokia) working with Congress and the FCC to allocate spectrum to public safety and fund a dedicated wireless broadband network. He then attended the Kellogg School of Management where he interned in Mobile Advertising Sales at Google and served as a part-time Business Analyst for a mobile applications development firm.

In 2012, Drew joined a FinTech start-up as Vice-President of Government Affairs, Sales and Marketing to help developed a public-private partnership with the state of Illinois. Under Drew’s leadership, the firm streamlined payment processing at 28 agencies, signed up over 700 state government vendors, and financed over $1 billion in late payments within two years.

He graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Government and American Studies and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in Technology Industry Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. He currently resides in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife and three children.

Rhiannon Bogozi

Rhiannon Bogozi is the Operations Manager of the Public Safety Network. Her experience in public safety began nearly 15 years ago as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. She then went on to work for the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC).
Rhiannon starter her career at the IAFC as a Program Coordinator for FEMA funded grant programs focusing on volunteer fire department recruitment and retention efforts. During her time in this position, she coordinated marketing efforts, created new education and training programs, and assisted in the revitalization of existing training programs. She later went on to become a Conference Coordinator and worked with a team to help organize the IAFC’s national and international fire service and EMS conferences. She also assisted in the 2020 redesign of IAFC’s Fire Rescue International (FRI).
Rhiannon’s skills lie in organization, process and procedure creation, and training and education. During her professional career, she has created or assisted in the creation and implementation of numerous training programs spanning multiple disciplines.
Rhiannon is currently pursuing her B. S. in Homeland Security from American Public University. In her free time, she can be found running around with her four children, hiking Virginia trails, or working on a project in her craft studio. She is based in Stafford, Virginia.

Steve provides logistics, operations, and business development assistance to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly. He also leads all of PSN’s video production. Steve spent decades in the print and graphics business and has no problem jumping into timely marketing projects.

Steve grew up in Northern Indiana, attended the Cleveland Institute of Art & Design and moved to Duluth in 1990.

An avid outdoorsman, Steve spent 10 years competing in the In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail and enjoys anything outdoors during any season in the solitude and beauty of the Northland.

Marie Eason

Marie Eason started her career as the Digital Marketing Coordinator for a long-term care company. During her time in this position, she created a digital strategy for the brand and constructed and managed seven new social media channels across different business lines. In addition, she managed website maintenance for five website platforms. She also has a background in event coordination and worked with the marketing team to coordinate major corporate fundraisers, holiday parties, and tradeshows appearances.

Marie is currently a digital marketing consultant who has worked with several different businesses across a variety of industries such as public safety. She describes herself as a data nerd. She loves tracking and reporting on social and digital insights using tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics. Her teaching background helps her train individuals on how to elevate their personal social media channels to support businesswide goals.

She graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Marketing and Master’s in Teaching from the University of Portland. She has a passion for teaching youth about marketing fundamentals and enjoys mentoring.  In the summer, she develops and leads the Young Business Entrepreneur Summer Marketing Camp. In her free time you will find Marie kayaking, trying out new restaurants, and cooking. She is based in Newberg, Oregon with her husband and soon-to-be twin boys!
